Welcome from the Headteacher

At St Helen’s we aim to create a learning environment that is exciting, challenging, creative and enterprising.  We want to unlock the potential of every child, not only in their learning, but as they grow into young people. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, welcoming school, a real sense of community and with Christ at the forefront. If you have not already visited, please do come and see us – we have excellent outdoor provision, high expectations and a range of opportunities for the children to develop teamwork

We recognise the importance of developing all the abilities of the children, and offer many opportunities for them to take part in additional activities such as our exceptional Forest School provision, our pupil led café and our intergenerational gardening project.

Our school strives hard to promote an ethos of community, mutual respect, pride, creativity and ambition. This aims to develop open-minded, flexible and resilient individuals with the skills and attitudes to be successful, ethically informed Christian citizens of Wales, and the modern world.
